This is the story of a pilot program where police officers from other parts of the world come to America on an exchange program to learn law enforcement. The Captain soon realizes that in addition to the stresses and strains of everyday law enforcement he has to deal with foreign languages, strange weapons like blow guns, psychic officers and many other things that he didn’t contemplate when he accepted the job of training this group who he comes to know and love.
